1. Service Agreement

By activating and using Vela Mobile wireless service, you agree to these Terms. Vela Mobile provides prepaid wireless services on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.

2. Service Plans

All plans are prepaid and billed monthly. Unused data does not roll over. Unlimited plans may be subject to network management during congestion.

3. International Calling

Free international calling is available on select plans ($35 and $60) and limited to 3 favorite numbers in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras.

4. Device Compatibility

Service requires a compatible, unlocked device. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before activation.

5. Number Portability

You may port your existing number at no charge. Porting typically takes 1-3 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

Service is for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to suspend service for misuse or fraud.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for service in the current billing period.
