Location Information
Your location may not be automatically transmitted with the same accuracy as landline service.
Wi-Fi Calling
911 calls on Wi-Fi may route based on your registered address. Keep it updated.
Network Outages
During outages or no-signal conditions, 911 calls may not complete.
Recommendations
- Always be prepared to provide your location when calling 911
- Keep your account address current
- Know your local emergency services number
- Do not rely solely on wireless for emergencies
